Unsere AI Development-Abteilung dient als Katalysator für Data & AI Transformation. Dabei setzen wir auf eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise, die von der initialen Evaluierung der KI-Reife über die Konzeption und Ausarbeitung der Daten- und KI-Lösung bis hin zur praktischen Umsetzung und Skalierung von KI-Lösungen reicht. Durch unsere tiefgehende Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Kunden den maximalen Nutzen aus ihren Daten ziehen.

Deine Aufgaben

Fokus: Entwicklung & produktive Implementierung von Agentic-AI- und LLM-basierten Systemen

Du konzipierst Generative-AI- und NLP-Systeme, die Kundenprobleme und Use Cases hinsichtlich Performance, Latenz, Kosten, Erweiterbarkeit und Komplexität optimal adressieren
Du stehst regelmäßig im engen Austausch mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und Vertretern unserer Kunden
Du agierst je nach Projektkontext als Entwickler, Subject Matter Expert oder Technical Lead und arbeitest an unterschiedlichen Use Cases, beispielsweise Wissensmanagement mit Retrieval-augmented Chatbots, der Implementierung von Agentensystemen oder dem Fine-Tuning von Sprachmodellen zur Effizienzsteigerung von NLP-Pipelines oder domänenspezifischer Sprache
Du implementierst robuste, erweiterbare und performante ML-Pipelines nach aktuellen MLOps- oder LLM-Ops-Best-Practices auf unterschiedlichen Infrastrukturen wie Azure, AWS oder GCP
Du unterstützt die Entwicklung von Produkten und unseres Leistungsportfolios und bringst dich bei der Erstellung fachlicher Marketinginhalte ein
Du nimmst dir gezielt Zeit, aktuelle Entwicklungen im Bereich NLP und KI zu verfolgen, beispielsweise neue Methoden, Tools, Frameworks oder Forschungsergebnisse, um stets moderne und leistungsfähige Lösungen für unsere Kunden anbieten zu können

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse und mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Machine Learning und Deep Learning, insbesondere im Kontext von Transformers, Large Language Models und Generativer KI
Du bringst Erfahrung im Einsatz gängiger Tools und Methoden für NLP-Use-Cases mit, beispielsweise LLM-APIs wie OpenAI Responses API, Bedrock oder Azure AI Foundry, Frameworks wie Instructor, LangChain oder LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers und Tokenizers, Vektordatenbanken, Model Deployment, Inferenzserver, MCP/A2A sowie die Erstellung von Datensätzen
Du hast Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz von Agent-Frameworks wie LangGraph, SmolAgents, OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI oder PydanticAI und kennst typische LLM-basierte Workflows wie Conversational AI, RAG, Information Extraction, Tool Calling und LLM-basierte Evaluation
Du verfügst über Kenntnisse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit modernen Ansätzen wie Agentic RAG, GraphRAG, Multi-Agent-Workflows, Text-to-SQL und Code Retrieval
Du bist in der Lage, sauberen, performanten und erweiterbaren Code zu schreiben und Systeme zuverlässig in den Produktivbetrieb zu überführen
Du hast erste Erfahrung mit Cloud-Deployments und MLOps gesammelt, beispielsweise auf Azure, GCP oder AWS
Du kommunizierst souverän, verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf C1-Niveau und kannst komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht für Business- und Tech-Stakeholder aufbereiten
Du arbeitest zuverlässig, gründlich und strukturiert
Du hast Freude an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu Kunden vor Ort in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz

Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Your tasks

Focus: Building and deploying production-ready AgenticAI and LLM-based systems

You will design generative AI & NLP systems, that optimally cover customer problems and use cases in terms of performance, latency, costs, extensibility and complexity, within the scope of customer projects
You will have close contact with various stakeholders and representatives of our customers on a regular basis
You will act as a project developer, subject matter expert or technical lead and deal with various use cases, e.g., knowledge management with retrieval augmented chatbots implementing agent systems, or fine-tuning language models to enhance the efficiency of an NLP pipeline or process domain-specific language
You will implement robust, extensible, and performant ML pipelines according to current ML Ops or LLM-Ops best practices, working on different infrastructures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
You will support the development of products and of our offering portfolio and contribute to the creation of marketing content
You will have dedicated time to follow the latest developments in the field of NLP and AI (e.g., on repositories, methods, tools, papers) and stay up to date in order to offer the best solutions to our customers

Your profile

You have extensive knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, especially with respect to Transformers, LLMs, and generative AI.
You bring experience in applying common tools and methods for handling NLP use-cases such as LLM APIs (OpenAI Responses API, Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry), Frameworks (Instructor, Langchain, Langgraph, etc), HF Transformers+Tokenizers, vector databases, model deployment, inference servers, MCP/A2A, and dataset creation
You have experience in productive use of agent frameworks such as Langgraph, SmolAgents, OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, PydanticAI and knowledge of typical LLM-based workflows such as conversational AI, RAG, information extraction, tool-calling uses, and LLM-based evaluation
You acquired knowledge of, and ideally hands-on experience with, state-of-the-art approaches such as agentic RAG, graphRAG, multi-agent workflows, text2SQL, and code retrieval
You have the ability to write clean, performant, and extensible code and get it into production
You built initial experience with cloud deployments and ML Ops e.g., on Azure, GCP, or AWS
You should also be a strong communicator, have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level), and be able to prepare and present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the respective target group (business, tech)
You should be reliable and work in a thorough and structured manner
You should enjoy occasional business trips to our customers on site in DE/AT/CH
