Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Your tasks

Focus: Building and deploying production-ready AgenticAI and LLM-based systems
  • You will design generative AI & NLP systems, that optimally cover customer problems and use cases in terms of performance, latency, costs, extensibility and complexity, within the scope of customer projects
  • You will have close contact with various stakeholders and representatives of our customers on a regular basis
  • You will act as a project developer, subject matter expert or technical lead and deal with various use cases, e.g., knowledge management with retrieval augmented chatbots implementing agent systems, or fine-tuning language models to enhance the efficiency of an NLP pipeline or process domain-specific language 
  • You will implement robust, extensible, and performant ML pipelines according to current ML Ops or LLM-Ops best practices, working on different infrastructures (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • You will support the development of products and of our offering portfolio and contribute to the creation of marketing content
  • You will have dedicated time to follow the latest developments in the field of NLP and AI (e.g., on repositories, methods, tools, papers) and stay up to date in order to offer the best solutions to our customers

Your profile

  • You have extensive knowledge and at least 2 years of experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, especially with respect to Transformers, LLMs, and generative AI. 
  • You bring experience in applying common tools and methods for handling NLP use-cases such as LLM APIs (OpenAI Responses API, Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry), Frameworks (Instructor, Langchain, Langgraph, etc), HF Transformers+Tokenizers, vector databases, model deployment, inference servers, MCP/A2A, and dataset creation
  • You have experience in productive use of agent frameworks such as Langgraph, SmolAgents, OpenAI Agent SDK, CrewAI, PydanticAI and knowledge of typical LLM-based workflows such as conversational AI, RAG, information extraction, tool-calling uses, and LLM-based evaluation
  • You acquired knowledge of, and ideally hands-on experience with, state-of-the-art approaches such as agentic RAG, graphRAG, multi-agent workflows, text2SQL, and code retrieval
  • You have the ability to write clean, performant, and extensible code and get it into production
  • You built initial experience with cloud deployments and ML Ops e.g., on Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • You should also be a strong communicator, have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level), and be able to prepare and present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the respective target group (business, tech)
  • You should be reliable and work in a thorough and structured manner
  • You should enjoy occasional business trips to our customers on site in DE/AT/CH
