Unser AI Strategy-Team unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption und Implementierung ihrer Daten- & KI-Strategie. Dabei verfolgen wir stets das Ziel, die volle Ausschöpfung des Potenzials von Daten, Data Science und KI zu ermöglichen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden nehmen wir unterschiedlichste Arten von strategischen Herausforderungen an, von der initialen Bestimmung des AI-Reifegrades, über die Formulierung der Daten- & KI-Strategie, bis zur Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Betriebsmodelle.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren namhaften Kunden zusammen und begleitest sie bei der Gestaltung ihrer Zukunft, indem du sie bei Fragen zu Daten und künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) strategisch berätst und dafür sorgst, dass sie gut gerüstet sind
In dieser Rolle bist du an vorderster Stelle dabei, Ideen und Lösungen zu entwickeln und leitest Workshops zu Themen wie Daten- und KI-Strategie, Use-Case-Identifizierung, KI-Betriebsmodelle, Data Culture, Projektsteuerung, Dateninfrastruktur und KI-Plattformen
Außerdem entwickelst du innovative Beratungsdienstleistungen und -formate und unterstützt uns bei der Identifizierung vielversprechender Zukunftsfelder
Dein Fachwissen bringst du zudem in die Erstellung von hochwertigen Inhalten und Vertriebsmaterialien ein und überzeugst so potenzielle Kunden von einer Zusammenarbeit mit uns
Mit dem entsprechenden Erfahrungshintergrund übernimmst du schnell Projektverantwortung

Dein Profil

Du hast dein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Informatik, Data Science, Künstliche Intelligenz oder vergleichbar erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Erste Berührungspunkte mit KI, Daten oder datengetriebenen Geschäftsmodellen sind von großem Vorteil.
Du konntest 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Strategie- oder Managementberatung oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Unternehmensumfeld sammeln.
Du erkennst schnell Zusammenhänge, strukturierst Probleme und entwickelst kreative Lösungen.
Du kommunizierst komplexe Themen klar und adressatengerecht.
Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit mit.
Du hast die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Geschäftsreisen.

Working closely with our clients, we take on a wide variety of strategic challenges, from the initial determination of the AI maturity level and the formulation of the data & AI strategy to the development and implementation of new operating models.

Your tasks

You support our clients in strategically leveraging AI and data — with a focus on business, strategy, and conceptual consulting rather than technical development
Together with the team, you develop ideas and solutions related to AI strategies, use-case identification, operating models, data culture, project management, and technological fundamentals
You lead workshops on topics such as data and AI strategy, AI platforms, or use-case prioritization, actively contributing to shaping the future of our clients
You help develop new consulting formats and services and identify relevant future topics in the field of AI.
You create high-quality content, presentations, and materials for internal project work as well as for sales purposes
With growing experience, you will quickly take on responsibility for your own (sub-)projects

Your profile

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business, computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a comparable field.
Experience with AI, data, or data-driven business models is a strong advantage.
You have gained 1–2 years of experience in strategy or management consulting, or in a comparable role within a corporate environment.
You quickly recognize connections, structure problems, and develop creative solutions.
You communicate complex topics clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the audience.
You bring excellent German and English skills as well as a high degree of customer orientation and teamwork.
You are willing to undertake occasional business travel.

This role requires verified German language skills at a minimum of C1 level.
