Unser AI Strategy-Team unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption und Implementierung ihrer Daten- & KI-Strategie. Dabei verfolgen wir stets das Ziel, die volle Ausschöpfung des Potenzials von Daten, Data Science und KI zu ermöglichen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden nehmen wir unterschiedlichste Arten von strategischen Herausforderungen an, von der initialen Bestimmung des AI-Reifegrades, über die Formulierung der Daten- & KI-Strategie, bis zur Entwicklung und Implementierung neuer Betriebsmodelle.

Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest eng mit unseren namhaften Kunden zusammen und begleitest sie bei der Gestaltung ihrer Zukunft, indem du sie bei Fragen zu Daten und künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) strategisch berätst und dafür sorgst, dass sie gut gerüstet sind
In dieser Rolle bist du an vorderster Stelle dabei, Ideen und Lösungen zu entwickeln und leitest Workshops zu Themen wie Daten- und KI-Strategie, Use-Case-Identifizierung, KI-Betriebsmodelle, Data Culture, Projektsteuerung, Dateninfrastruktur und KI-Plattformen
Außerdem entwickelst du innovative Beratungsdienstleistungen und -formate und unterstützt uns bei der Identifizierung vielversprechender Zukunftsfelder
Dein Fachwissen bringst du zudem in die Erstellung von hochwertigen Inhalten und Vertriebsmaterialien ein und überzeugst so potenzielle Kunden von einer Zusammenarbeit mit uns
Mit dem entsprechenden Erfahrungshintergrund übernimmst du schnell Projektverantwortung

Dein Profil

Du hast dein Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Informatik, Künstliche Intelligenz/ Data Science, o.ä. erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Du konntest mindestens 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Management- oder Strategieberatung, idealerweise an der Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft und KI-Technologie, oder mit ähnlichem Schwerpunkt im Corporate Umfeld sammeln
Es fällt dir leicht, Probleme zu verstehen, zu strukturieren und kreative Lösungen zu entwickeln
Du hast ein Talent dafür, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert und zielgruppengerecht zu kommunizieren
Du bist kommunikationsstark, bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung mit
Du hast daher auch Spaß an gelegentlichen Geschäftsreisen zu unseren Kunden

Our AI Strategy team supports our customers in designing and implementing their data & AI strategy. In doing so, we always pursue the goal of enabling the full potential of data, data science and AI. Working closely with our clients, we take on a wide variety of strategic challenges, from the initial determination of the AI maturity level and the formulation of the data & AI strategy to the development and implementation of new operating models.

Your tasks

You will work closely with our well-known customers and help them shape their future by providing strategic guidance on data and artificial intelligence (AI) related issues, ensuring that our customers are well-equipped
In this role, you will be at the forefront of crafting ideas and solutions, leading workshops on topics including data & AI strategy, use cases identification, AI operating models, data culture, project management, data infrastructure, and AI platforms.
Furthermore, you will develop innovative consulting services and formats and support us in identifying promising future fields
In addition, you will contribute your expertise to the creation of high-quality content and sales materials, thereby convincing potential customers to work with us With the respective experience background, you will quickly take on project responsibility

Your profile

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business, computer science or artificial intelligence/data science
You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a management or strategy consultant, ideally at the interface between business and AI technology
You find it easy to understand and structure problems and develop creative solutions
You have a talent for communicating complex issues in a structured and target group-specific way
You are a strong communicator with very good German and English skills and a high degree of customer orientation
Therefore, you also enjoy occasional business trips to our customers
