From small training sessions and introductory programs to long-term, global learning initiatives and data culture programs for DAX-listed enterprises, we offer a broad and tailored portfolio to meet our clients' needs.

About us
Your tasks
- You support the design, preparation, and delivery of trainings, workshops, and e-learning formats in the fields of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence
- You actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training content on topics such as Data Literacy, Data Culture, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI, and LLMs
- As part of exciting consulting projects, you support the introduction and promotion of a data-driven organizational culture
- You help organize hackathons, events, and change management initiatives and support their execution on-site or remotely
- You work closely with experienced consultants and data scientists, benefiting from shared knowledge and hands-on collaboration
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in or have completed a degree in a STEM field, business studies, social sciences, or a comparable discipline
- You are enthusiastic about data, AI, and innovative learning formats
- You are interested in current AI tools and trends (e.g. ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering)
- You have very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Your strong communication skills, team spirit, and enjoyment of working with people round out your profile
