Unsere AI Development-Abteilung agiert als Katalysator für Data & AI Transformation. Dabei setzen wir auf eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise, die von der initialen Evaluierung der KI-Reife über die Konzeption und Ausarbeitung der Daten- und KI-Lösung bis hin zur praktischen Umsetzung und Skalierung von KI-Lösungen reicht. Durch unsere tiefgehende Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Kunden den maximalen Nutzen aus ihren Daten ziehen.

Für unsere AI Development-Abteilung suchen wir Trainees, die wir innerhalb eines Jahres gezielt auf ihre zukünftige Rolle als Junior-Berater:innen mit Schwerpunkt Data Science vorbereiten. Detaillierte Informationen zu unserem Traineeprogramm findest du hier.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unserer Projektteams wirst du generative KI- & NLP-Lösungen entwerfen und regelmäßig engen Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und verschiedenen Stakeholdern haben
Du agierst als Entwickler:in und beschäftigst dich mit verschiedenen NLP Use Cases wie z.B. Knowledge Management mit Retrieval Augmented Chatbots oder Fine-Tuning von Sprachmodellen
Du implementierst robuste, erweiterbare und leistungsstarke ML-Pipelines auf verschiedenen Infrastrukturen (z.B. Azure) gemäß aktuellen Best-Practices
Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung von Produkten und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebotsportfolios und wirkst an der Erstellung von Marketing-Content mit
Du bist auf dem aktuellen Stand bezüglich der neusten Entwicklungen im Bereich NLP und KI (z.B. zu Repositories, Methoden, Tools, Paper)
Du unterstützt unsere (Senior-)Berater:innen bei ihrer täglichen Arbeit, z.B. bei der Vorbereitung von Kundenmeetings und Präsentationen

Dein Profil

Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss, vorzugsweise in Data Science, BWL/VWL, Statistik, Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Data Science gesammelt sowie im Consulting
Du verfügst über umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich Machine Learning & Deep Learning, insbesondere in Bezug auf Transformer, LLMs und generative KI
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Umgang mit gängigen NLP-Tools und Methoden, wie HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI APIs, Tokenizer sowie in der Nutzung von ML-Frameworks (z.B. PyTorch) sammeln können
Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Deployments und ML Ops, z.B. auf Azure, GCP oder AWS
Du bist kommunikationsstark, bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (mind. C1) und bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und wiederzugeben
Darüber hinaus zeichnest du dich durch deine Zuverlässigkeit sowie gründliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
Du hast Freude an gelegentlichen Dienstreisen zu unseren Kunden vor Ort in DE/AT/CH

Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

For our AI Development team, we are looking for trainees who we will specifically prepare for their future role as Junior Consultants with a focus on Data Science within one year. You can find detailed information about our trainee program here.

Your tasks

You will design generative AI and NLP solutions as part of our project teams and regularly interact closely with our clients and various stakeholders
You will act as a developer, working on various NLP use cases such as knowledge management with retrieval-augmented chatbots or fine-tuning language models
You will implement robust, scalable, and high-performance ML pipelines on different infrastructures (e.g., Azure), following current best practices
You will support the development of products and the further development of our product portfolio and contribute to the creation of marketing content
You stay up to date with the latest developments in NLP and AI (e.g., repositories, methods, tools, papers)
You will support our (senior) consultants in their daily work, for example by preparing client meetings and presentations

Your profile

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in data science, business administration/economics, statistics, computer science or business informatics
You have already gained practical experience in the field of data science as well as in consulting
You possess deep knowledge in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, particularly regarding transformers, LLMs, and generative AI
You have hands-on experience with common NLP tools and methods, such as HuggingFace Transformers, OpenAI APIs, tokenizers, and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch)
You ideally bring initial experience with cloud deployments and ML Ops, e.g. on Azure, GCP or AWS
You are a strong communicator, have a very good command of German and English (at least C1) and can prepare and present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group
In addition, you are characterised by your reliability as well as your thorough and structured way of working
You enjoy occasional business trips to our customers on site in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
