Unsere AI Development-Abteilung dient als Katalysator für Data & AI Transformation. Dabei setzen wir auf eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise, die von der initialen Evaluierung der KI-Reife über die Konzeption und Ausarbeitung der Daten- und KI-Lösung bis hin zur praktischen Umsetzung und Skalierung von KI-Lösungen reicht. Durch unsere tiefgehende Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science und Machine Learning sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Kunden den maximalen Nutzen aus ihren Daten ziehen.

Wir suchen Werkstudierende, die das Team in einem Umfang von 20 Stunden/Woche während des Semesters (in den Semesterferien gerne mehr), vor Ort in unserem Office im Frankfurter Ostend tatkräftig unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil des Teams Business Analytics, Pre-Sales & Client Relations unterstützt du unser AI Development Department bei der Erstellung und Nachbereitung von Angeboten, Workshopunterlagen, Referenzen, Konzeptpapieren und weiteren zentralen Dokumenten
Dabei analysierst du Angebotsanfragen, bereitest Informationen strukturiert auf und erstellst Slides, Boards, Mock-ups und Dokumentationen
Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unser Produktmanagement bei der Vermarktung von Standardlösungen und in der Ausarbeitung und Pflege von Business Requirements
Des Weiteren erstellst du eigenständig Kunden- und Mitarbeitendenumfragen und wertest diese aus
Im Laufe deiner Tätigkeit übernimmst du zunehmend Verantwortung: Du begleitest unsere Manager und Consultants bei Workshops, Trainings, Events und anderen Veranstaltungen, führst Protokoll und präsentierst eigene Inhalte
Zudem unterstützt du das Team bei der internen Terminkoordination und anderen administrativen Aufgaben

Dein Profil

Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Analytics oder ein vergleichbares Fach und hast mindestens vier Bachelorsemester erfolgreich abgeschlossen
Du interessierst dich für eine Tätigkeit als Business Analyst / Consultant und für die Themen Daten & Künstliche Intelligenz
Du hast gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen Microsoft Office-Anwendungen und begeisterst dich für moderne Tools wie ChatGPT, Dall-E 3 und MS Copilot
Du hast Grundlagenkenntnisse mit Java Script, CSS und Tools zur Erstellung von Mock-Ups für Anwendungen und Webapplikationen wie z.B. Figma und Lovable
Idealerweise konntest du bereits Erfahrungen mit BI Tools (wie Tableau oder PBI) und/oder statistischer Programmierung (in z.B. Python, R oder SQL) sammeln
Du bist teamfähig, hast eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise und bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
Darüber hinaus zeichnest du dich durch deine Zuverlässigkeit sowie gründliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus

Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

We are looking for a working student to actively support the team in our office in Frankfurt for 20 hours/week during the semester (during the semester break more hours possible).

Your tasks

As part of the Business Analytics, Client Relations and Pre-Sales team, you will support our AI Development department in the preparation and follow-up of proposals, workshop materials, references, concept papers, and other key documents
You will analyze incoming requests for proposals, organize information in a structured manner, and create slides, boards, mock-ups, and documentation
You will also support our product management team in marketing of our standardized offerings and will be involved in assessing and documenting business requirements
You will also get the chance to create, conduct, and analyze customer and employee surveys
Over the course of your work, you will take on increasing responsibility: you will accompany our managers and consultants in workshops, trainings, events, and other activities, take minutes, and present your own materials
Furthermore, you will support the team with internal scheduling and other administrative tasks

Your profile

You are currently studying business administration, business informatics, data analytics or a comparable field and have successfully completed at least four semesters of your bachelor's degree
You are interested in working as a business analyst and consultant and are passionate about data & AI
You have a good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and are enthusiastic about tools such as ChatGPT, Dall-E 3 and MS Copilot
You have basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and tools for creating mock-ups for applications and web applications, such as Figma and Lovable
Ideally, you have already gained experience with BI tools (such as Tableau or PBI) and/or statistical programming (e.g. in Python, R or SQL)
You are a team player, have an independent way of working and have very good written and spoken German and English skills
In addition, you are characterized by your reliability as well as your thorough and structured way of working
