Unsere AI Development-Abteilung dient als Katalysator für Data & AI Transformation. Dabei setzen wir auf eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise, die von der initialen Evaluierung der KI-Reife über die Konzeption und Ausarbeitung der Daten- und KI-Lösung bis hin zur praktischen Umsetzung und Skalierung von KI-Lösungen reicht. Durch unsere tiefgehende Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science und Machine Learning sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Kunden den maximalen Nutzen aus ihren Daten ziehen.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unserer Projektteams entwickelst du moderne Webanwendungen mit einem klaren Schwerpunkt auf Frontend-Entwicklung mit React und TypeScript – von intuitiven Userflows bis hin zu hochwertigen User Interfaces
Du entwickelst Backend-Komponenten in Python, z. B. mit FastAPI, und realisierst performante APIs sowie Services zur Datenverarbeitung
Du konzipierst und entwickelst Dashboards, Reporting Tools und Anwendungen, die unsere Machine-Learning-/GenAI-Prozesse unterstützen oder deren Ergebnisse visualisieren
Du wirkst im Rahmen unserer Data-&-AI-Projekte bei der Definition der Anforderungen mit und erarbeitest auf dieser Grundlage passende technische Lösungskonzepte
Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse und setzt diese in tragfähige Softwarelösungen um
Du unterstützt den Presales-Prozess, indem du technische Einschätzungen gibst, Angebote mit vorbereitest und Lösungsskizzen erstellst
Du begleitest den erfolgreichen Rollout deiner entwickelten Anwendungen und stellst sicher, dass sie für den produktiven Einsatz optimal vorbereitet sind
Du beteiligst dich aktiv an internen Wissensaustauschsformaten und trägst zum Aufbau einer internen AI-/Full-Stack-Expertise bei
Du unterstützt bei Bedarf an verschiedenen Stellen im Projektmanagement, z. B. durch die Übernahme von Teilprojektverantwortung

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Web Development oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
Entscheidender ist für uns jedoch, dass du mindestens 2 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Webapplikationen mitbringst
Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in React und TypeScript sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit Python
Du hast ein ausgeprägtes UI-/UX-Verständnis und kannst Anforderungen in intuitive Nutzererlebnisse übersetzen
Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig, bist strukturiert, qualitätsbewusst und zuverlässig
Du hast Freude an regelmäßigem Kundenkontakt und kannst technische Themen klar kommunizieren
Du bringst mindestens Deutschkenntnisse auf B1-Niveau sowie ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
Idealerweise verfügst du zudem über Erfahrung im Umgang mit KI-Anwendungen, wie z. B. Chat-Applikationen, GenAI-Integrationen oder der Unterstützung von Modelltrainings
Wünschenswert sind außerdem Kenntnisse in Vue.js oder Node.js, um unser technologisches Spektrum flexibel zu ergänzen
Ebenso von Vorteil sind Grundlagen in Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, AWS, GCP), die dir ein breiteres Verständnis für moderne Anwendungsarchitekturen ermöglichen

Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Your tasks

As part of our project teams, you develop modern web applications with a clear focus on frontend development using React and TypeScript – from intuitive user flows to high-quality user interfaces
You develop backend components in Python, e.g., with FastAPI, and build performant APIs and data-processing services
You design and implement dashboards, reporting tools, and applications that support our machine learning / GenAI processes or visualize their outputs
You support the requirements definition within our Data & AI projects and derive suitable technical solution concepts
You collaborate closely with our clients, understand their needs, and translate them into robust software solutions
You support the presales process by providing technical assessments, contributing to proposal preparation, and creating solution drafts
You accompany the successful rollout of your applications and ensure they are optimally prepared for productive use
You actively contribute to internal knowledge-sharing formats and help build internal expertise in AI and full-stack development
You support various project management activities where needed, for example by taking over responsibility for sub-projects

Your profile

You hold a degree or completed vocational training in (Business) Informatics, Web Development, or a comparable field
More importantly, you bring at least 2 years of practical experience in developing web applications
You have strong skills in React and TypeScript as well as solid experience in backend development with Python
You have a strong UI/UX mindset and can translate requirements into intuitive user experiences
You enjoy working independently and stand out through structured, reliable, and quality-driven work
You feel comfortable engaging with clients regularly and can communicate technical topics clearly
You bring German skills at a minimum of B1 level and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Ideally, you have experience working with AI-based applications, such as chat solutions, GenAI integrations, or supporting model training processes
It is also desirable that you have knowledge of Vue.js or Node.js to flexibly complement our technology stack
Additionally, basic experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage and helps broaden your understanding of modern application architectures
