Deine Aufgaben

Du unterstützt bei der Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Trainings, Workshops und E-Learning-Formaten rund um Data Science, Machine Learning und Künstliche Intelligenz
Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Schulungsinhalten zu Themen wie Data Literacy, Data Culture, Generative KI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI oder LLMs mit
Im Rahmen von spannenden Beratungsprojekten unterstützt du die Einführung und Förderung einer datenorientierten Unternehmenskultur
Du organisierst Hackathons, Events und Change-Management-Initiativen mit und begleitest diese vor Ort oder remote
Du arbeitest eng mit erfahrenen Consultants und Data Scientists im Team zusammen und profitierst vom gemeinsamen Know-how

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes oder laufendes Studium in einem MINT-Fach, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
Du konntest bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Data Science, Machine Learning, KI oder Weiterbildung (z.B. durch Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten, Projekte) sammeln
Du begeisterst dich für Daten, KI sowie innovative Lernformate
Du bringst Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche Data Science, Machine Learning, Künstliche Intelligenz, Data Literacy oder Data Culture mit
Du bist interessiert an aktuellen KI-Tools und -Trends (z.B. ChatGPT, LLMs, Prompt Engineering)
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Deine Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen runden dein Profil ab

Since 2011, we have already trained over 15,000 people worldwide in the areas of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning at our statworx AI Academy. From small training units & entry-level programs to long-term and global training concepts and data culture initiatives for our customers in the DAX environment, we offer a diverse and tailor-made portfolio. Our aim is to always have an eye on the latest trends (currently including Generative AI, Large Language Models and Data Culture) and to constantly develop our training methods. We are currently looking to expand our team and training offerings.

Your tasks

You will support the conception, preparation and implementation of training courses, workshops and e-learning formats relating to data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence
You will actively participate in the development and updating of training content on topics such as data literacy, data culture, generative AI, machine learning, agentic AI or LLMs
As part of exciting consulting projects, you will support the introduction and promotion of a data-oriented corporate culture
You help organize hackathons, events and change management initiatives and accompany them on site or remotely
You will work closely with experienced consultants and data scientists in the team and benefit from their shared expertise

Your profile

You have a completed or ongoing degree in a STEM subject, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification
You have already gained some practical experience in the field of data science, machine learning, AI or further education (e.g. through internships, working student activities, projects)
You are enthusiastic about data, AI and innovative learning formats
You have knowledge in at least one of the following areas Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Literacy or Data Culture
You are interested in current AI tools and trends (e.g. ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering)
You have very good German and good written and spoken English skills
Your strong communication skills, team spirit and enjoyment of working with people round off your profile
