Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Konzeption, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Trainings, Workshops und E-Learning-Formaten zu Data Science, Machine Learning und Künstlicher Intelligenz für Einsteiger:innen, Spezialist:innen und Führungskräfte
Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit verantwortest du die Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unsere Schulungsinhalte zu Themen wie Data Literacy, Data Culture, generative KI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI oder LLMs
Du berätst Unternehmen und begleitest sie beim Prozess, eine nachhaltige Daten- und KI-Kultur einzuführen und zu etablieren
Du wirkst bei der Realisierung von passgenauen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen und Change-Management-Projekten mit
Du planst und moderierst Hackathons und Events rund um Daten und KI, und schaffst Räume für Austausch und neue Ideen
Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Data Science, Consulting und Produktentwicklung zusammen

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT-Fach, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
Du bringst bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Data Science, Machine Learning, KI-Consulting oder einer (technischen) Weiterbildung mit
Du begeisterst dich für die Vermittlung komplexer Inhalte und die Entwicklung innovativer Lernformate
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Data Science, Machine Learning, Künstliche Intelligenz, E-Learning, Digitale Lernprodukte, Data Literacy oder Data Culture
Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit modernen KI-Tools und -Trends (z.B. ChatGPT, LLMs, Prompt Engineering) gesammelt
Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, sowie dein sicheres Auftreten vor Gruppen runden dein Profil ab

Since 2011, we have already trained over 15,000 people worldwide in the areas of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning at our statworx AI Academy. We are currently looking to expand our team and training offerings.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the conception, implementation and follow-up of training courses, workshops and e-learning formats on data science, machine learning and artificial intelligence for beginners, specialists and managers
As part of your role, you will develop, design and continuously improve our training content on topics such as data literacy, data culture, generative AI, machine learning, agentic AI and LLMs
You will advise companies and support them in the process of introducing and establishing a sustainable data and AI culture
You will be involved in the implementation of tailored training measures and change management projects
You will plan and moderate hackathons and events relating to data and AI, and create spaces for exchange and new ideas
You work closely with interdisciplinary teams from data science, consulting and product development

Your profile

You have a degree in a STEM subject, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification
You already have some professional experience in data science, machine learning, AI consulting or (technical) training
You are enthusiastic about teaching complex content and developing innovative learning formats
You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, e-learning, digital learning products, data literacy or data culture
You have already gained experience with modern AI tools and trends (e.g. ChatGPT, LLMs, prompt engineering)
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
Your strong communication and presentation skills as well as your confident appearance in front of groups round off your profile
