Unsere AI Development-Abteilung dient als Katalysator für Data & AI Transformation. Dabei setzen wir auf eine ganzheitliche Herangehensweise, die von der initialen Evaluierung der KI-Reife über die Konzeption und Ausarbeitung der Daten- und KI-Lösung bis hin zur praktischen Umsetzung und Skalierung von KI-Lösungen reicht. Durch unsere tiefgehende Expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning sorgen wir dafür, dass unsere Kunden den maximalen Nutzen aus ihren Daten ziehen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du entwickelst, implementierst und setzt End-to-end-ML-Lösungen für unsere Kunden um, mit einem starken Fokus auf die Nutzung tabellarischer Daten zur Lösung realer Geschäftsprobleme (z. B. dynamische Preisgestaltung, Churn-Vorhersage, Lead-Scoring, Bedarfsprognosen)
Du arbeitest an verschiedenen Projekten mit und übernimmst gegebenenfalls die Leitung unter Einsatz von Python (und R) sowie deren Ökosystem
Du stehst in regelmäßigem und engem Austausch mit Kunden und Stakeholdern, verstehst ihre Anforderungen, erklärst komplexe ML-Modelle und deren Ergebnisse und präsentierst passende Lösungen
Du implementierst robuste, skalierbare und leistungsstarke ML-Pipelines auf unterschiedlichen Infrastrukturen (z. B. Azure) unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Best Practices
Du bringst dich aktiv in unseren internen Wissensaustausch ein, betreust jüngere Kolleginnen und Kollegen als Mentor:in und gestaltest unsere ML-Best Practices mit
Du unterstützt unsere Senior Consultants bei strategischen Kundenprojekten und der Erstellung von Angeboten

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium idealerweise in Data Science, Informatik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem anderen relevanten quantitativen Fachbereich
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in Python und arbeitest routiniert mit modernen Machine-Learning-Tools
Du hast idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung, dem Aufbau und dem Einsatz von Machine-Learning-Modellen (z. B. Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, Clustering, Zeitreihenanalyse mit Bibliotheken wie scikit-learn oder ähnlichen)
Du hast ein solides Verständnis von statistischen Analysen und weißt, wie du diese zur Modellvalidierung, Interpretation und Ableitung geschäftsrelevanter Erkenntnisse einsetzt
Du bringst ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis mit und kannst Kundenbedürfnisse in ML-Probleme und umsetzbare Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzen – insbesondere in Bereichen wie dynamische Preisgestaltung, Churn-Vorhersage oder Lead-Scoring
Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Plattformen (Azure, AWS, GCP) und den Prinzipien von MLOps gesammelt
Du kommunizierst und präsentierst überzeugend und klar – auch komplexe Inhalte kannst du verständlich für technische wie nicht-technische Zielgruppen vermitteln
Du hast idealerweise bereits Erfahrung mit agilen Arbeitsmethoden gesammelt
Du zeichnest dich durch Zuverlässigkeit, eine gründliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie durch Eigenständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in Projekten aus
Du bist bereit, gelegentlich zu unseren Kunden in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz zu reisen

Our AI Development department serves as a facilitator for Data & AI transformation. We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data.

Your tasks

You will design, implement, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning solutions for our diverse clientele, with a strong focus on leveraging tabular data to solve real-world business problems (e.g., dynamic pricing, churn prediction, lead scoring, demand forecasting)
You will contribute to and potentially lead a variety of projects utilizing Python (and R) and its ecosystem
You will be in regular, close contact with various client stakeholders, responsible for understanding their needs, explaining complex ML models and their outputs, and presenting solutions
You will implement robust, scalable, and high-performance ML pipelines on different infrastructures (e.g., Azure), following current best practices
You will actively contribute to our internal knowledge exchange, mentor junior colleagues, and help shape our ML best practices
You will support our Senior Consultants in strategic client engagements and proposal development

Your profile

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Informatics, or another relevant quantitative field
You have professional experience in designing, building, and deploying machine learning models (e.g., Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, clustering, time series analysis using libraries like scikit-learn and similar) to address concrete business challenges, especially with complex tabular datasets
You have a very good knowledge of Python and are experienced in working with modern machine learning tools
You have a solid understanding of statistical analysis and how to apply it to model validation, interpretation, and drawing business-relevant conclusions
You have good business insights and can translate client needs into ML problem statements and actionable insights, particularly in areas like dynamic pricing, churn prediction, or lead scoring
You have initial experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps principles
You are an excellent communicator and presenter, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ideally, you have experience with agile working methodologies
You are distinguished by your reliability, a thorough and structured working style, and the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
You are willing to travel occasionally to our client sites in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
