Focus: Business innovation and technical sales in data
- Drive the business direction of our data engineering initiatives and help shape their future development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships, leveraging your industry expertise and professional network
- Represent STATWORX as a thought leader in the data and AI landscape
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and develop tailored concepts to address their business challenges
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical guidance to help them solve business problems with data-driven solutions
- Lead client engagements as a project manager or senior expert in the fields of data, analytics, and AI
- Actively contribute to acquiring new opportunities, leads, and projects in the data and AI domain
- Assess the role of Generative AI in transforming the data landscape, identify opportunities for its integration, and contribute to projects that leverage its potential to create business value
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within the organization
Your profile
- You have successfully completed a Master’s degree, e.g., in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- You bring 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the field of data and AI
- You possess comprehensive knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud technologies, and data governance frameworks, with a strong focus on scalability, security, and compliance
- You have a solid understanding of the impact of Generative AI on the data landscape, can identify opportunities for its application, and ideally have initial hands-on experience
- You have proven experience in business development, technical sales, or account management within the data or AI domain
- Ideally, you bring an established professional network in the industry and the ability to leverage it for business growth
- You have excellent communication skills in both English and German, enabling you to effectively engage with technical and non-technical audiences alike
- You bring a visionary mindset, with the ability to identify emerging trends and drive internal strategic initiatives
