Our Strategy, Sales & Marketing unit shapes the strategic direction of statworx and ensures consistent internal and external communication of our offerings, values, and overall strategy. At the same time, it serves as the driving force behind the acquisition of new clients and projects.

Close collaboration between the three teams is a top priority for us, ensuring strong alignment between strategy, communication, and sales.

As part of our Sales team, you contribute your experience to elevate our sales processes and activities to the next level. At the same time, you leverage your sales expertise across online and offline channels to acquire new clients from both the mid-sized enterprise and corporate segments.


Your tasks

  • You proactively identify new business opportunities in the B2B environment and develop both new and existing client accounts with a focus on AI-based consulting and project solutions from statworx
  • You qualify leads in a structured manner and assess client needs to develop tailored solution approaches
  • You build and continuously develop a sustainable and reliable sales pipeline
  • You conduct compelling initial conversations, pitch meetings, and presentations at decision-maker level
  • You collaborate closely with our front office teams in consulting, development, and training to develop high-quality and convincing proposals and project approaches
  • You manage the entire sales process from first contact through to successful deal closing
  • You maintain and document all activities transparently and systematically within the CRM system
  • You monitor market and competitor developments, identify new business opportunities, and actively contribute to refining sales strategies and go-to-market approaches
  • You act as a sparring partner for marketing in campaign planning and lead generation initiatives
  • You actively leverage networks, events, and social selling to generate qualified leads

Your profile

  • You bring at least three years of professional experience in a comparable B2B sales role within tech services or IT and management consulting
  • You have a solid understanding of the opportunities and limitations of data and AI solutions and are able to translate technical concepts into clear business value
  • You present yourself confidently and communicate effectively with stakeholders across different business units and hierarchy levels
  • You are strong in identifying client challenges, deriving structured solution approaches, and presenting them convincingly
  • You have experience working systematically with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot, to manage pipeline and sales activities
  • You have experience using digital sales tools, particularly in outbound and lead acquisition contexts
  • You have excellent German skills and very good English skills, both written and spoken
  • You are highly self-motivated, driven to close deals, and committed to actively winning new clients and business opportunities
