Our Strategy, Sales & Marketing unit shapes the strategic direction of statworx and ensures consistent internal and external communication of our offerings, values, and overall strategy. At the same time, it serves as the driving force behind the acquisition of new clients and projects.

Close collaboration between the three teams is a top priority for us, ensuring strong alignment between strategy, communication, and sales.

As part of our Sales team, you contribute your experience to elevate our sales processes and activities to the next level. At the same time, you leverage your sales expertise across online and offline channels to acquire new clients from both the mid-sized enterprise and corporate segments.

Your tasks

  • You proactively identify new business opportunities in the B2B environment and build a strong and sustainable pipeline in the Data & AI space
  • You actively approach potential clients and establish relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and enterprise organizations
  • You qualify leads in a structured way and assess client needs to develop concrete business opportunities
  • You conduct initial conversations and position statworx and our Data & AI solutions in a compelling way
  • You develop opportunities together with the team and drive them forward through to successful closing
  • You collaborate closely with colleagues from consulting, development, and training to shape strong project approaches and proposals
  • You manage your opportunities along the full sales cycle and maintain full visibility over your pipeline
  • You document your activities in a structured and transparent way within the CRM and actively use it to steer your sales activities
  • You contribute to refining our go-to-market approach, targeting strategies, and outreach methods
  • You monitor market and competitor developments and identify new growth opportunities

Your profile

  • You bring initial to several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable client-facing role in a tech or consulting environment
  • You enjoy actively reaching out to new clients and building business opportunities from scratch
  • You have a strong interest in Data, AI, and technology topics and can translate their value into clear business impact
  • You present yourself confidently and enjoy engaging with stakeholders and decision-makers across different levels
  • You work in a structured and goal-oriented way with a clear focus on pipeline development and growth
  • You ideally have experience working with CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • You have very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • You bring initiative, energy, and a strong drive to actively win new clients and opportunities
