Your tasks
- You take responsibility for parts of our onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure a smooth start for our new team members
- You support recruiting efforts actively, e.g. through active sourcing and application management. Depending on your experience and interests, you may take on additional responsibilities within the selection process, such as independently conducting pre-calls
- You contribute to our employer branding by helping shape initiatives such as career fairs or by creating content for our online channels, strengthening our employer brand
- You take on selected administrative tasks and ensure efficient, smooth processes using tools such as Personio and Office 365
- You research relevant topics and prepare your findings in a way that supports the team’s decision-making
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as psychology, social sciences, business administration, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on HR
- You have already gained initial practical experience in an HR environment (e.g. recruiting or people operations)
- You work in a structured and reliable manner and enjoy taking ownership of your tasks
- You approach people openly, communicate clearly and empathetically, and have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (at least C1)
- You are interested in topics related to digitalization and artificial intelligence and enjoy working with modern tools and technologies
