As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will make a key contribution to this, by actively shaping our talent acquisition efforts and building long-term talent pipelines. 

Your tasks

  • You actively identify and attract talent for selected positions in the Data & AI field and build sustainable talent pipelines
  • You proactively reach out to potential candidates via platforms such as LinkedIn and get them excited about joining statworx
  • You conduct pre-screening calls, assess key requirements, make well-founded pre-selections, and guide candidates through theinitialstages of the recruitment process
  • You ensure that our vacancies are published on the right channels and platforms (job boardssocial networks)
  • You support candidate management, maintain oversight of all ongoing processes, and ensure a clean, transparent pipeline as well as a positive candidate experience
  • You will work closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
  • In additionyou support employer branding initiatives, for example by representing us at career fairs and events

Your profile

  • You have gained initial hands-on experience in recruiting or active sourcingideally in the tech sector 
  • You have a strong interest in deepening your expertise in active sourcing
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and can maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple processes simultaneously
  • You approach people with an open mind, communicate clearly and persuasively, and enjoy actively reaching out to candidates
  • You have a good sense for people and can recognize potential beyond what is shown on a resume
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills (minC1 level). 
  • You are interested in topics related to data, AI, and tech
