Our AI Innovation department acts as a bridge for data- and AI-driven progress across the organization by connecting front-office and back-office perspectives. We focus on designing and implementing data and AI solutions that increase operational efficiency through the automation, optimization, and scaling of internal processes while creating measurable business value. At the same time, we continuously explore emerging tools and technologies at the forefront of the data and AI ecosystem and make them accessible through targeted trainings, lightning talks, and hands-on experimentation. About us
Your tasks
- You support internal automation and process optimization initiatives
- You contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation workflows, particularly using n8n as well as other low-code and no-code tools such as Lovable
- You support the integration and orchestration of systems, services, and data sources via REST APIs
- You assist in developing automation logic and smaller customizations using JavaScript or Python
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and support the translation of business requirements into technical solutions
- You research and evaluate new Data and AI tools and support the prototypical implementation of innovative ideas
- You contribute to the expansion of our internal tooling landscape and support the documentation and structuring of automation solutions
Your profile
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science & AI, Business Informatics, or a comparable quantitative or technical field
- You have gained initial hands-on experience with n8n or similar automation platforms
- You have a basic understanding of REST APIs and common data formats
- You have initial programming experience in JavaScript and/or Python
- You have a strong interest in process automation, Data and AI technologies, and are eager to further deepen your expertise in these areas
- You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner
- You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You have very good German and English skills at least at C1 level
